Memory Game Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
Overview
Memory Game is a general-audience casual card matching game for iPhone and iPad. The app is not submitted in Apple's Kids Category and is not directed to children. You can play without creating a Memory Game account.
The app stores gameplay preferences locally on your device, offers Apple Game Center features, uses Apple StoreKit for purchases, and may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. We do not operate a Memory Game server account system. We do not receive money in exchange for personal information, but personalized ads and ad measurement may involve sharing or disclosure of data for targeted advertising where permitted by law and your choices.

Local Storage
Memory Game may store local gameplay preferences such as selected card pack, board size, timed mode preference, sound effects, haptics, reduce motion, and app icon selection. Deleting the app removes locally stored Memory Game settings from your device.
Ads, Consent, And Tracking Permission
Memory Game uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner and interstitial ads in the free app. Buying an eligible paid pack removes ads while Apple reports the purchase entitlement as active.
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform where consent is required. The app asks for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission only when personalized ads or ad measurement may proceed. If required consent or tracking permission is denied, unavailable, or cannot be completed, the app requests non-personalized ads or disables ad personalization. If Google cannot serve ads under those settings, ad slots may remain empty.
Memory Game keeps the Google Mobile Ads maximum ad content rating set to General as a brand and content safety setting. The app does not set age-based ad treatment flags.
Personalized ads may use data such as device identifiers, IP address-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and other ad-related signals to show targeted ads or measure ad performance. Depending on where you live, this may be considered sharing, targeted advertising, or a sale under privacy laws, even though we do not receive money in exchange for personal information.
Non-personalized ads are not based on a profile created from your behavior across other companies' apps and websites, but Google may still process data needed to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, apply frequency controls, and maintain security. Depending on Google's services and settings, this may include device identifiers, IP address-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data.
You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings and use in-app privacy choices where Google makes them available. Google explains its practices in the Google Privacy Policy, Google ad technologies policy, Google Mobile Ads SDK iOS data disclosure, and Google's personalized and non-personalized ads explanation.
Purchases And Restore Purchases
Optional card pack unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Memory Game does not receive or store your full payment card details. The app checks Apple transaction entitlements to unlock purchased packs and remove ads when an eligible pack is owned.
Purchase availability, refunds, billing, account sharing features, and Apple account purchase history are managed by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible non-consumable pack unlocks.
Game Center
Game Center features are optional, but if your device is signed in to Apple Game Center, Memory Game may authenticate with Game Center when the app opens. When Game Center is authenticated, Memory Game can report achievements and timed leaderboard scores to Apple after completed winning rounds.
Game Center participation, profile information, friends, leaderboards, achievements, and related privacy controls are managed through your Apple account and device settings.
Support Messages
If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or purchase troubleshooting context. We use support messages to respond to your request, troubleshoot the issue, maintain support records, and handle deletion requests. We do not use support messages for advertising.
Retention And Deletion
Local app settings remain on the device until changed or until the app is deleted. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
You can contact us at support@memorygame.app to ask questions, review support information you sent, or request deletion of personal information provided through support. To help us locate a support message, contact us from the email address used for the request or include enough detail for us to identify it.
Third-Party Service Providers
Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate app features, including Apple for App Store downloads, StoreKit purchases, and Game Center, and Google for ads, consent, ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and security. These providers are expected to provide the same or equal privacy protection required by this policy and applicable platform rules while processing data for app features, and they also process data under their own terms and privacy policies. You can review the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google policies linked above.
Security Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect support messages and other information we control. We also expect service providers that process data for app features to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security, and integrity protections. No internet-connected service can guarantee perfect security.
