Relationship To Apple Terms

Memory Game is distributed through the Apple App Store for compatible iPhone and iPad devices. These terms are Memory Game-specific terms that supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apple handles App Store downloads, billing, refunds, account sharing features, purchase history, and Apple account controls. If Apple's terms apply differently from these terms for App Store distribution, billing, refunds, or the licensed app relationship, Apple's terms control for those Apple-managed areas.

General-Audience Use

Memory Game is a general-audience casual card matching game. The app is not submitted in Apple's Kids Category and is not directed to children.

You are responsible for managing device settings, Apple account settings, Game Center access, purchase approvals, Google consent choices where shown, and App Tracking Transparency permission.

Using The App

Memory Game is provided as a casual card matching game. You may use the app for personal, lawful use through the App Store license provided by Apple. Do not interfere with the app, App Store purchases, ads, Game Center, leaderboards, security, or other services.

Do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse Memory Game, its content, artwork, sounds, layouts, purchase logic, or service integrations except where applicable law allows it.

Purchases

Optional card pack unlocks are non-consumable purchases processed by Apple through StoreKit. Memory Game does not offer subscriptions, consumable virtual currency, randomized paid items, loot boxes, or physical goods.

Buying an eligible paid pack unlocks that pack and removes ads while Apple reports the purchase entitlement as active. Purchase availability, prices, taxes, payment processing, refunds, account sharing features, billing issues, and purchase history are managed by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible non-consumable pack unlocks.

Ads And Consent Mode

The free app may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. Memory Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform where consent is required and keeps the Google Mobile Ads maximum ad content rating set to General as a brand and content safety setting. The app does not set age-based ad treatment flags.

Personalized ads may be used only after required Google consent and Apple tracking permission are available. Personalized ads and ad measurement may involve sharing or disclosure of data for targeted advertising where permitted by law and your choices. If required consent or tracking permission is denied, unavailable, or cannot be completed, the app requests non-personalized ads or disables ad personalization. Ad availability may vary by consent status, region, provider settings, and network conditions.

Game Center And External Services

Game Center features, including leaderboards and achievements, depend on Apple Game Center availability and the player's Apple account and device settings. If the device is signed in to Game Center, Memory Game may authenticate with Game Center when the app opens and may submit achievements or timed leaderboard scores after winning rounds.

Apple, Google, Game Center, StoreKit, App Store, ad delivery, consent, and network services may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Those third-party services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies. See the Memory Game Privacy Policy for more detail about data practices.

Ownership

Memory Game, including its app content, card artwork, sounds, layouts, interface, pack designs, names, and related materials, is owned by the app provider or its licensors. You receive only the limited right to use the app as allowed by Apple terms, these terms, and applicable law.

Changes And Availability

Features, packs, prices, ads, compatibility, leaderboards, achievements, and service availability may change over time. We may update these terms when app behavior, service providers, or requirements change. The updated terms will show a new last updated date.

We may limit access to features if needed to protect the app, purchases, ads, Game Center, security, or other users, including when someone tampers with the app or uses it in a way these terms do not allow.

Disclaimers

Memory Game is provided for casual entertainment. The app is provided as is and may not always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, Apple account setting, network condition, or third-party service.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Memory Game is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law or under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
